SHIPPING & RETURNS

*We deliver to delivery companies on mondays ,wednesdays and fridays

*Orders placed before 11am on delivery days will be processed on same day,but orders placed after 11am will be sent out on our next delivery day.

*We dont accept urgent deliveries and we only accept orders on website.

*We charge 15 cedis to all delivery companies, with speedaf delivery you can opt  to schedule a pick up time with speedaf to pick up from us but we wont be liable for delay in pickup .

*speedaf delivery fee is on payment on delivery

*FedEx delivery fee with be paid before shipping out

* Tracking numbers are sent tp Emails with 1-2 days after shipping confirmation is sent.

*Unfortunately we are not responsible for pacakges once shipped out, however we are willing to resolve any issues with delays in shipment
